This Class makes you ELIGIBLE FOR OREGON. You will receive a Certificate to make you eligible for the Oregon Concealed Handgun License. To receive the Oregon CHL, you must apply in person for it. You will need the information sheet in class. 911permits.org offers a quick and easy online training to receive the permit eligibility. The training is thorough and students take a test at the end of each section. This training also makes you eligible to receive the Washington I1639 Rifle Permit and the Virginia 32-state permit.
