RCW 9.41.090 Effective 7/1/19, a certificate of training in six categories is required for the purchase of an assault rife. 911permits.org offers a quick and easy online training to receive the certificate. The training is thorough and students take a test at the end of each section. Training also makes you eligible to receive Oregon and the Virginia 32-state permit.
